Answer: Your voucher will arrive by e mail as a PDF attachment. Please open the PDF attachment and print - the quality of the print finish will be determined by the specifications of your printer.
Answer: We can not supply VAT receipts on voucher sales as they are not vatable. However VAT receipts for the holiday booking can be issued on the redemption of the voucher.

Answer: Unfortunately each voucher has a unique identity code that can only be used for one transaction.
Answer: Prior booking is essential and can be achieved by making a booking online at www.carswellcottages.com and mentioning your voucher number in the NOTES section. We will then redeem your voucher for you and email you confirmation of the booking and remaining balance due (if applicable).
